Robin Langner Turberville brings to ARC Realty an educator's heart and a fresh perspective. The educator's heart comes from teaching over 27 years in elementary education and in the Instructional Coaching field. Both the educational field and the real estate profession mirror many of the same qualities. As a realtor, she looks forward to establishing that fiduciary relationship where clients place their trust, confidence and reliance on someone who will look out for their bests interests, much like a parent/teacher/child relationship. That openness, honesty and hard work has paid off as she was named Rookie of the Year in 2015, and a Top Producer in the company for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022. She has also furthered her real estate education by earning her Senior Real Estate Specialist credentials in 2018 and completed her Brokers License in 2022.
The fresh perspective comes from personally selling 4 homes, buying, flipping and selling 3 other investment properties, along with assisting her children with their real estate purchases over the past 8 years. These opportunities have uniquely positioned her to learn and see the real estate transaction from so many different perspectives. Robin understands firsthand how to bring an educator's heart and coachable spirit so that knowledge, "homework", negotiations and expertise prevail through our ever changing markets.
In 2019, her husband Keith Turberville joined the team as an agent forming the Turberville Team-- Retired Educators doing their homework for you! As a team, they proudly give back to local classrooms, schools, and numerous non-profits and ministries. Robin's personal relationships include her husband, their 4 children and 11 grandchildren, extended family, friends, and their faith community. She loves traveling, repurposing items, decorating and being outdoors. As an active member at Shades Mountain Baptist Church, she sings in the choir and is a member of the City Ministry team.
